1.Returns due to Damage: We accept return requests only in case the product has been damaged during the shipping or delivery process . If you receive a product in these conditions, we ask that you contact our customer service team within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt . We will cover the costs of return shipping and will replace the damaged product at no additional cost to you.
2. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product, this can be done within 30 days of the original purchase date . We accept exchanges for products of equivalent value. For your exchange request to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and must include the corresponding invoice .
3. Exchange Procedure: If you wish to start an exchange process, we ask you to follow the steps described below:

to. Shipping by Mail: If you choose this alternative, you must send the product by mail to our facilities, whose address is the following: Juan Manuel Ferrari 1364, Montevideo. CP: 11500. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

b. Exchange in Person: If you prefer to carry out the exchange in person, we invite you to schedule an appointment at our offices through admin@albion.uy. During this meeting, you will be able to select the replacement product of similar value. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an appointment.

4. General Conditions:
    • The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original state, unused and in appropriate conditions for subsequent marketing.
    • It will be necessary to present the original invoice as proof of purchase.
    • Return shipping costs in cases of damaged products will be assumed by Albion Football Club E-commerce.
    • Shipping costs related to exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product in question is damaged.

          We recommend that you carefully inspect the products upon delivery and report any damage within the established time frame.
